The perfect pour-over ritual

The Scoop

Add 2–3 tablespoons of medium-coarse ground 
248Roasters coffee to your filter. 14 grams to be exact.

The Bloom

Place the filter over your mug. Pour a small amount of hot water (just off the boil) over the grounds to wet them. Let it sit for 30 seconds to "bloom." 180F is the optimal temperature. 

The Pour

Slowly pour the remaining hot water in a circular motion, starting from the center and moving outward. Keep the water level consistent.

The Sip

Remove the filter, compost the grounds, and enjoy the smoothest cup of coffee you’ve ever had.
