I just received my first order of 248 Roasters coffee! I couldn't wait until tomorrow morning, so I brewed a cup right away.

I'll tell you about it, but first let's talk about the packaging. I love that the bag can be resealed with the zipper type closure. I love the simplistic design of the label. I love that it tells me when my coffee was roasted and provides the QR code for reordering. Mostly I love that the name of the roast I selected is "Detroit Bold"!

Now let's talk about the flavor! This coffee is so smooth with NO bitterness at all. I drink my coffee black so I can taste it in its true form. I haven't even finished the first cup and I already want a second cup!
